Shipping policy

We ship our products from a few warehouses worldwide including the USA, Asia and Australia. Due to the COVID-19 precautions taken at our distribution centers, there could be delays in processing your order. Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order ships.  When shipped, expect to have it delivered to you in about 2-3 weeks depending on shipping location. 

However, Diaper Cakes and photo outfits are delivered within 1-3 days in Colorado.

Cancellation: Please note that you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order for any reason and request a refund.
